“Everything Is Paid For” begins with smooth and dreamy layers of sonic textures and jazzy guitar chords. The vocals are oozing with passion and an emotive sensuality. The beat gives the track a harder edge, giving a sharp hip-hop backbone to the groovy melody. The chorus has a catchy sing along that repeats the songs title while the music bounces underneath the hook. They stylishly strip down the sound into a section that is 100% vocals before dramatically landing back into the verse. “The track is centered around a drug dealer in Los Angeles, securing her life through relentless hustle and ambition, while navigating a lifestyle of false friends and excesses.” The glossy production and clean sound matches what the songs lyrical content is getting across, the lavish lifestyle and luxury merchandise that goes with the territory. Ending with a classical sounding piano line over the slick jazz chords wraps up the track, neatly blending its genres with a smooth vibe.
