Cat Dail is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist who splits her time between New York City and Chesterfield, New Hampshire. Dail has a life long love of many musical genres leading her to create very eclectic work. She takes inspiration from pop, punk, reggae, funk, even world beats and gospel revival styled music. Along with international touring and playing shows at legendary clubs in NYC, Cat has been awarded prizes from Billboard Magazine, Musician Magazine, The Independent Music Awards, and many more. Her newest EP is titled “Fight for Love” and features the single “Wonder Love”.
“Wonder Love” begins with a mean and muddy guitar riff before settling into a relaxed and steady beat. The song fluctuates with different keyboard tones and guitar lines, gradually filling in the sound and leading into the beautifully melodic chorus that’s catchy as hell. While they maintain a very cool and relaxed atmosphere, the band achieves lift off in their mellow anthem. Dail’s voice is unique and has a personal feel that you find yourself connecting to. “Wonder Love” is a feel good tune that brings mellow maturity to a punk rock attitude.
