Samuel Scott McCumber is a singer/songwriter and multi instrumentalist from Omaha, Nebraska. He has been independently releasing his music for several years, and has built a strong following with thousands of streams across multiple platforms. With his music, McCumber says he is “Attempting to spread the message of peace, love, and positivity through chill, laid back tunes. I have a welcoming small town personality that bleeds into my music. I try to keep it simple, raw, and real.” In 2018 Samuel released the single “Take Over Me”.

“Take Over Me” begins with a smooth and mellow grove baked up by tight funky drums. Layers of bright guitars and soothing chords float on top of a bouncy bass that adds attitude.
